I’m Helene, and I’ve spent 40+ years helping people heal, reorient, and rebuild. Trained in evidence-based trauma treatment and EMDR (EMDRIA-certified), I blend deep clinical expertise with an embodied, holistic approach that honors both the nervous system and the deeper identity shifts that happen during major life transitions. I’m known as a “walker between worlds” because I can translate what’s happening emotionally, physically, and energetically into practical steps that create real change—especially for women reclaiming themselves after divorce.
